Here are a few supplements that can help keep your immune system performing optimally.

Cordyceps, lion’s mane, maitake, shitake, reishi, and turkey tail have all shown some benefit towards immune health.

Black elderberry (Sambucus nigra) has demonstrated potent antibacterial and antiviral properties against bacterial pathogens responsible for upper respiratory tract infections and strains of the influenza virus.
